A CHEF who has made his mark in the culinary scene through his unique Slemish Market Supper Club, is representing Northern Ireland at the world famous congress – Minature Pinxtos – which is taking place in Northern Spain over the next week.
THE NW200 organisers have announced they are to partner with Live It Experience It as a tourism partner for the second year in a row.
