Awaken your inner chocolatier as you discover the art of fine chocolate making at the internationally acclaimed Co Couture. This fabulous chocolate workshop, in the basement shop on Chichester Street in Belfast, is a perfect way to spend an evening or afternoon indulging in your favourite guilty pleasure.
After an informative talk on the history of chocolate enjoy a demonstration of ‘the tricks of the trade’, how the manufacturing process can affect taste and texture and what tastes and ingredients work best. It’s then over to you to create your very own handmade chocolates to wrap up and take home to enjoy!
