Northern Ireland has a wealth of chefs who are doing an extraordinary job in a challenging industry. Not only that but their jobs are made easier because we have a wealth of amazing food and drink producers here.
Dean Coppard is firm favourite food demonstrator at small and large food fairs and festivals right across Northern Ireland the occasional TV chef personality also showcases his talents and local producers on a national TV network where the Irish audience get to learn from his flavours and flair for good food.
What we do:
Chef Max Buller is a farmer's son from Loughbrickland in Co Down so he totally appreciates cooking food which celebrates the produce from our land. At the age of 16 he entered into catering college and his desire and ambition to become a great chef has been driving him forwards since then.
