Go Fitness NI

IT’S right on trend for people going on holiday to know if there’s gym, aerobics, zumba or pilates classes nearby so they can maintain their fitness levels while they’re on holiday.

For many people travelling to Northern Ireland it’s the same.

Go Fitness NI is a Live It Experience It member which offers a service which can ensure visitors to our region can get out and about and experience the raw truth of the countryside while maintaining their health and well-being while on vacation.

Owner and personal trainer, Rebecca Irwin, offers a variety of ways to keep people fit on their holidays.

Based in the heart of rural County Tyrone Rebecca has fast built up a reputation of hosting exercise classes in the great outdoors. Whether that be at nearby lakes, on a farm, in forests or woodlands or up in the mountains and in the valleys.

Groups of people travelling to Northern Ireland can book Rebecca for group sessions, for exercise retreats or for one off personal training.

If you are on a hen or stag party and want to do group bonding sessions then this is a great way to have fun.

Rebecca, who is a qualified personal trainer, uses the natural environment for fitness which improves overall well-being, keeps people focused while they’re on holiday.

Groups wishing to come to Northern Ireland on an exercise retreat can  book Go Fitness for their fitness regime.

Accommodation providers can book Go Fitness NI to come out on site and put their guests through their paces. Or, people simply wishing to join in group classes, or do one to one personal training, can book Go Fitness directly.

These guys make exercise fun. It’s hard work but they know what they are doing and they will not be afraid to make you break a good sweat. Just because you’re on holiday doesn’t mean you should slack off.

There are so many benefits of exercising outdoors. It’s good for your body and your mind, it makes you feel better about yourself, it’s easy to stick to because it’s so much fun, you get to meet local people while on holiday and see the natural beauty which surrounds you.
