The latest fitness craze to take Northern Ireland by storm, pole dancing offers the perfect opportunity to get fit in a different way. Polercise NI, based in Belfast, Co Antrim, offers classes in Derry-Londonderry, Dundalk and Letterkenny, and are suitable for women of all shapes, sizes and ages.
The first company to create a purpose-built pole dancing studio in Northern Ireland, Polercise NI has appeared on GMTV, UTV, NvTv and Sky, as well as in local newspapers. With weekly classes available, pole dancing is subsequently an exciting alternative to the gym, aerobics or Pilates, as it will improve muscle tone, strength and flexibility as well as confidence.
